ISO 13485:2003

Under certification to the ISO 13485 standard for medical device manufacture, Cogent Technology could be subject to a spot check without notice at any time to ensure conformance by any customer or compliance body such as FDA & UL. We've applied the same stringent processes and procedures required for this certification to all our manufacturing. Staff training and workmanship

Our full-time, qualified trainer ensures that manufacturing staff all receive on-going training to the IPC-A-610 standard for electronics assembly. Each person has their own 'skills matrix' to record their competencies. By ensuring that your products are manufactured by people with the appropriate skills, we can deliver the quality you expect.

Managing our processes

Cogent Technology has developed its own controls to monitor the quality of our processes. Numerous Key Performance Indicators allow us to react to deviations and monitor the results of the many improvement initiatives that are a way of life for us.
